Classes, doula services, and packages
Group Classes
Held in Carnegie, group classes are a great way to learn and make connections with other parents. Classes cover anatomy of pregnancy and birth, stages of labor, coping techniques, what to expect postpartum, and more.
Private Classes
Private classes can be tailored to your needs and availability. Perfect for parents who work non-traditional hours, these classes can take place virtually or in your home.
Birth Doula Services
Birth service includes multiple prenatal visits, physical and emotional support during and immediately after birth, and a postpartum visit. Your doula is on call from 38weeks until your baby is born.
Postpartum Doula Services
A postpartum doula provides support, care, and advice to the new family. This can include basic breastfeeding help, personal care for the birthing parent, baby care, errands, cleaning, and more.
