My passion is to help students and clients navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum confidently. With education, evidence based techniques, advocacy, and hopefully some fun, I can help you along the path to the birth experience of your dreams.

Education and Support
Group Classes
In group Lamaze Childbirth Classes, you will learn about the progression of labor, a multitude of coping mechanisms, how to decide which interventions you may want (if any), what to expect postpartum, and so much more.
Private Classes
Private birthing classes are perfect for those students who prefer a more tailored approach, those with challenging schedules, or parents who already have children. Schedule, location, and even topics can be completely fit to the students’ needs.
Birth Doula Services
Birth doula packages include 2+ prenatal meetings, continuous in person support during labor and delivery, and a postpartum visit.
Postpartum Doula Services
Bringing baby home can be overwhelming. Postpartum doula services help with adjusting to life with baby at home. A postpartum doula shift can include baby care, birth recovery help, cooking, light cleaning, and so much more.
